Nurse call/Solutions

Nurse call solutions · Melbourne & Victoria

One nurse call team. Six places we put it to work.

Aged care and hospitals are where nurse call started, and where most of ours goes in. The same platform, the same radios and the same team now cover SDA housing, construction sites, staff duress, real-time location and multi-system integration. Pick the sector and you'll find the page written for it.

  • JCT authorised, Sedco specialists, and our own hub for everything in between
  • Wired, wireless and long-range radio, chosen by the building not the brochure
  • Designed, installed and supported from Cheltenham across Melbourne and Victoria
Where we install it

What each sector actually needs.

A hospital ward, a disability house and a building site all need someone to press a button and the right person to come. What differs is who that person is, how far the call has to travel, and what has to be on record afterwards. Here is how each one is built.

How we design it

Four questions decide the design before the brand does.

01

Who answers the call?

A nurse at a station, a support worker on a phone, a first aider on another level, or a monitoring centre. That decides the alert path and everything else follows.

02

What is already there?

An existing Sedco or JCT system, structured cabling, a WiFi network, or a bare site. We keep what works and integrate rather than rip and replace.

03

Wired or wireless?

New builds should cable while the walls are open. Refurbishments, SDA houses and construction sites usually can't, so the radio does the work.

04

What must be on record?

Response times for accreditation, a site diary for WHS, an audit trail for an incident. The logging is designed in, not bolted on.

Tell us about the building. We'll tell you how the call should travel.

A plan, a photo of the existing panel, or just the address. We come back with a design and the reasons behind it, and we say plainly if what you have is worth keeping.
