Nurse call/Support

Nurse call service & support · Melbourne & Victoria

Nurse call service and support. Sedco, JCT and the ones nobody else will touch.

A nurse call fault is not a ticket in a queue; it is a resident who can't call for help. We service and repair Sedco and JCT systems, keep spares, test to schedule, and take over systems whose installer has moved on. Pick your system below, or send us a photo of the panel.

  • Authorised JCT service and Sedco specialists
  • Genuine parts and a spares holding for discontinued Sedco ranges
  • Annual testing, fault call-outs and upgrades from one Melbourne team
Systems we support

What support looks like for each.

Two platforms account for most of the nurse call in Victorian aged care and healthcare, and one of them is no longer made. Here is what we do for each, and what to do if yours is neither.

Sedco nurse call

Austco · discontinued
Serviced, repaired and maintained, Australia-wide

Austco ended manufacture of Sedco systems, which left a lot of facilities with a working system and nowhere to call. We service, repair and maintain every generation: 6000, 7000, MCV5, Sedcare and Trinity. Fault finding, spares, testing, and a plan for what to do when a part finally can't be found.

JCT nurse call

Jackson Care Technologies
Authorised service, repairs, testing and upgrades

Authorised JCT service across Melbourne and Victoria: fault call-outs, annual testing, repairs with genuine parts, software and firmware upgrades, and extensions when a wing is added. We install JCT too, so the people fixing it are the people who design it.

Takeover
Not sure what you have? Send a photo of the panel.

We take on nurse call systems other installers have walked away from. Tell us what is on the wall and we will tell you whether it can be serviced, extended, integrated through our hub, or should be planned for replacement.

How support works

Four things you can expect from a service call.

01

A fault is a call for help

We treat nurse call faults as urgent because a resident is behind every one. Tell us the symptom and the system and we will tell you when we can be there.

02

Parts on the shelf

We hold spares for the Sedco ranges that are no longer made and genuine JCT parts, so a repair does not wait on a supplier.

03

Testing on a schedule

Annual testing and preventive maintenance with a report you can hand to an accreditor, and the faults found on the day fixed on the day where parts allow.

04

A straight answer on replacement

When a system is at the end of its life we say so, with a plan that keeps calls working through the changeover rather than a rip-and-replace weekend.

Tell us the system and the symptom. We'll tell you when we can be there.

A photo of the panel and a description of the fault is enough to start. For service agreements, send the site list and we will come back with a schedule and a price.
