We fit the home with a ceiling radar fall detection device that raises the alarm on its own, including night-time bed exits, plus a call point with two-way voice in every room and alerts that reach your phone as a real call. No cameras, nothing to wear, nothing to remember.

When something happens, your phone rings and you're already in the room.
The call point nearest to them answers by itself. You hear them, they hear you, before anyone has reached for anything.

The fall alarm most people buy assumes the worst moment is one you can handle.
Personal alarms are good products, and we still supply them. But they depend on the person wearing it, being conscious, and pressing it. Falls at night, in the shower, or after a stroke or a Parkinson's freeze are exactly the moments that fail all three.
Our home system starts from the room instead of the person. A small radar sensor on the ceiling recognises someone sitting up and leaving the bed, and a fall anywhere it can see, and raises the call itself. A call point in each room lets them speak to you hands-free. A pendant is still part of the kit, for the moments they can ask.
The result is a system that works on the nights nobody remembers to put the pendant on.

Free home assessment
We visit, walk the rooms with you, and note where the person sleeps, bathes and spends the day. If an occupational therapist is involved, we work from their report and write ours in their language.

Falls-monitoring equipment is recognised assistive technology. Which scheme applies depends on age and situation, and we handle the paperwork with you.

NDIS, if you manage your own plan
For participants with Parkinson's, MS, acquired brain injury and similar, the system fits under assistive technology. We are not a registered NDIS provider, so this works for self-managed and plan-managed plans, not agency-managed ones.

Buy outright, or through a provider
Families often start privately while an assessment is pending, then move the ongoing cost onto a package once approved. Home-care providers can hold the agreement on a client's behalf.

Parkinson's
Freezing, night-time bed exits and tremor that makes buttons hard. Voice call points and automatic detection do the work they can't.
Dementia
A pendant that's taken off or forgotten. The room-based sensors need nothing remembered, and door sensors can add wandering alerts.
After a stroke or surgery
Weeks of high fall risk with one side weak. Quick to install, and the equipment can come out again or stay.
Living alone
The classic case: a fall at 2 am with nobody due until morning. Detection plus a monitored response means someone is coming.

No cameras. No recordings. No picture of anyone, ever.
The sensors measure movement and height, the way a car's parking sensor measures distance. There is nothing to view and nothing to leak.

The base unit has its own mobile-phone connection (4G) and a battery, so a power cut or an internet outage doesn't take the system down.

The system raises alerts and calls; it does not replace a falls-prevention plan, personal care, or emergency services. Detection settings are tuned per home during the first month and reviewed annually. Radar sensors form no image and record no audio outside an open call.
